In case franchisee has made the payment to the franchisor in current yearm but due to some reasons agreement is signed in next financial year. Can we claim business expenses deduction in the current year including amortisation of franchise fees

Yes, you can claim the expense as a provisional expense for the current financial year on the accrual basis.
