In Form 26QB, the “Total Value of Consideration (Property Value)” should be the full property value, even if there are multiple buyers.
For example:

Property value = ₹1 Crore

2 buyers with 50% share each
Then in both Form 26QB filings, you should enter:

Total Value of Consideration = ₹1 Crore

Amount Paid/Credited to Seller = ₹50 Lakhs (individual share)
