TDS is already deducted and showing in the statement on Capital Gain, do I still need to file ITR?

Hello @mspadhan For NRIs, capital gains are taxed at a special rate without the benefit of the basic exemption limit. Therefore, it is advisable to file an ITR, as this allows you to claim a refund if excess TDS has been deducted.
