I was approached by a CA suggested by my friend who told me he can get a complete refund of the tax (52K) but he would be charging a commission of 7%.
How is that possible?
You can get a refund from the ITD only if you have already paid more tax than your actual tax liability.
So what they are doing is actually not correct right?
I politely said No and approached another CA.
