Missed disclosing foreign assets in your ITR? Here’s the additional tax under ITR-U

Suppose, I missed to report Foreign Asset in my ITR of FY 24-25, though full Income is reported and full Tax thereon is paid.

Can I add a small unreported Amount to already reported Income under IFOS (SB Interest) and disclose my Foreign Asset as well in ITR-U? Else, I cannot report Foreign Asset per se in ITR-U.
