Relief under Section 89(1) and 10 A(10AA)

I worked in a private company. I was given premature retirement due to office cosure.

  1. I have received an ex-gratia compensation on termination of my employment (Basic salary x 30 times) as part of my settlement due to office closure. What is the relief available to me under section 89(1). How can I claim the same in QUICKO under this?
  2. I have received leave encashment to the tune of Rs. 40000. Can I claim relief under section 10 A(10AA)
