Unable to file revised ITR due to error Invalid Receipt number

I have followed Revise Return on your own link -
https://support.quicko.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408477921689-Revise-Return-on-your-own” but getting the error that acknowledgement is incorrect… Just wondering why getting this error even all required details is correct. Kindly help
