In Form 12BB, you need to give the following details in your Form 12BB
- Personal Details: Name, Address, PAN, Designation of the employee
- Current Financial Year
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Deduction of Interest on Borrowing
- Deduction under Chapter VI-A - 80C, 80D, etc.
- Other Details: Place, Date, Signature
