Has the option for section 89(1) to claim salary arrear relief added on Quicko while filling? as i am unable to find it while filing in quicko.

As of now Quicko does not support relief u/s 89(1).

Relief under Section 89 of the Income Tax Act allows taxpayers to reduce tax liability on salaries received in arrears or advance. This is done by adjusting it over the relevant years.

Hey @Nirav_Shah1 ,

Relief u/s 89 is not available in case of arrears of rent recovered.

You need to report this 10 year rental income under the head income from house property and you can claim 30% standard deduction u/s 24(a).
