Wrong Information on BuyBack of a Share

I have participted in buyback of BAJAJ AUTO, but it is not accepted. the share is in my dmat account only it has been debited and credited back on the same day. But in AIS under “Sale of securities and units of mutual fund” it is presented as Sold. What should I do?

Please check and let me know if there is a corresponding entry under the head “Purchase of Securities/Mutual Fund” in your AIS.

I tried to check that details but I could not able to see the stocks under that section. Its only displaying the following details. Unable to click on it also.

This has always been the case which we have been experiencing since past few years now. Also out of the many Companies Buyback of shares offered and accepted very few are shown with description of buyback most are shown with Sale of securities and that too the entire amount tendered and not only the ones accepted

Thanks for the reply @RoPar, what can be done in this case? Should I report it as wrong in feedback section and can file my ITR without adding this information?
