For MGT-14:

  1. CTC of Special Resolution along with Explanatory Statement
  2. Copy of notice sent to members
  3. Copy of altered AoA and MoA

For SH-7

  1. CTC of Ordinary Resolution along with Explanatory Statement
  2. Copy of notice sent to members
  3. Copy of altered AoA and MoA
  4. Minutes of the general meeting
