Can I receive Rent from a property which is written as WILL on me

Hello Sir/Mam,
My parents have written a WILL of a commercial building for me. Can I receive the rent in my account and show it as my income.

Hello @krishnanandv, You have not inherited the property yet. Although it’s written in the will, whoever is the current owner must report the rental income in their account.
