Hi I am able to connect to efiling account but I didn’t see Quicko registered as an ERI in the income tax efiling account. This was the case with my previous ERI (Clearsharp).
Does this mean we need to grant access to efiling account every time?

Hi @yandrapu, we are currently in the process of renewing our ERI license, however the process is taking longer than expected. You can still create your return on Quicko, download the JSON and upload it on to the income tax portal. Let me know if you face any issues, would love to help you with it.
