Hello @Chb

No, you cannot claim deductions for donations under Section 80G (charitable donations) or Section 80GGC (donations to political parties) in the new tax regime.

Deductions under Chapter VI-A are generally not allowed in the new tax regime, except for a few, like employer contributions to NPS (80CCD(2)).
