Hi All,
I did EPF transfer from my previous organization exempted EPF trust to my current organization exempted EPF trust. However my previous organization have deducted 10% TDS for the EPF interest accumulated.
My EPF contribution for the last financial year was with in the exempted limit. My total EPF contribution was 1.3 lakh.
I saw the guidelines that
My previous org was incorrectly deducted TDS for the interest. Can any one clarify is that TDS be claimed during IT filing?
