Esops from company taxation how to file by dec 31 or can we file in next financial year

I got the notice saying file itr by dec 31

I have ESOP for company and I sell it in March 2025

How can I file tax to it

I have annual statement of 2024 and sell statement of the shares in annual statement 2024 there is no records of sell so it comes in sell statement now I have already file tax in last year should I carry forward tax or should I fill new form for it

Hi @Raghu07,

You need to report the sell transaction and the balance of ESOPs as on 31st Dec, 2024 in your revised return before 31st Dec, 2025!
