FORM 15 H Tax deducted as Section not mentioned

  1. In FORM 15 H, Item No 18 Column 4 titled “Section under which Tax is deductible”.
    Which Section of the Tax and which Act should be mentioned?

  2. For the last several years, I never noticed this title and never filled and there was no problem.
    But this year, one Company deducted tax at source giving reason that “Section not mentioned.”

  3. What action can I take against the Company and their RTA?
