We (Husband 50%:Wife 50%) have purchased a flat for Rs. 14,00,000/- (for eg.) in Mumbai in the year 2020. At that time I had filled complete TDS.
Now at the time of possession the Builder has raised another demand of Rs 10000, which includes the additional charges(Society & Apex Body Formation Charges, Outgoing for 1 Year in Advance, Water Supply & Connection Charges, Infrastructure & Development Charges, Gas Charges, Charges for EMP (as per MOEF Requirement), Electric Supply & Meter Connection Charges.
These additional charges were not included in Registeration amount.
Please help me with these doubts in case of (Husband 50%:Wife 50%): -
1- Date of Agreement/Booking- Is this the Agreement date when registration was dont?
2- Total Value of Consideration is Registration value + Additional Charges?
3- Date of payment made to seller
4- Date of Deduction
5- Amount paid / Credited currently (B)
6- Total SD value of property (C)
