Hand Loan Agreement Format

I am giving interest free hand loan ( Few Lakhs) to my nephew for his property purchase. I want to make a loan agreement on plain paper and keep it for records. Does any one has standard simple loan agreement format. Kindly share the same. TIA.

A Hand Loan Agreement format includes:
Names and addresses of lender and borrower
Loan amount and purpose
Repayment terms and date
Interest rate (if any)
Signatures of both parties
Witness signatures (optional but recommended)
