How to add interest from PF?

I am a retired 74yr old sr citizen getting monthly pension of Rs…1200 from EPFO under EPF ACT 1995.It is understood that this pension is taxable under salary head &eligible for std. deduction.In that case what should be employers details which needs to be filled in return as the same is required to be filled in ITR with tan no. ?Can i write EPFO as employer?
