How to file and pay GST with QRMP scheme

Hi @TeamQuicko
How do I file the GSTR and pay the amount when filing quarterly? Do I need to file a specific form, or should I submit the IFF? Also, how do I pay the amount now that I am filing quarterly?

Also I’m registered with MP and providing consultant service to Bangalore based company, what would be the IGST, SGST and CGST?
