How to know amount of unclaimed challan?

In Traces portal, I want to know available amount of challan i.e. unclaimed amount. It asks for Challan amount for a particular transaction/challan. I don’t know exact challan amount paid (as multiple payments were done on same date of different amounts, so not sure which challan id corresponds to which amount).

How to proceed and know unclaimed challan amount?

You can view this on the TRACES portal. There is an option to view unclaimed challans. However, you will need to enter the challan details such as BSR Code and challan serial number.
