I'm getting this error "The pan is already a client for an ERI"

I’m not able to autofill my data using either aadhar otp or ITD otp and am getting the error mentioned in the subject. Moreover, I’m not able to import data from mfcentral and am getting the error “Failed to generate otp for mfcentral”. Pls fix this.

Hey, it seems like you’re encountering issues with both Aadhar OTP/ITD OTP and MFCentral OTP generation. To resolve the first issue with OTPs, please try removing your E-Return Intermediary (ERI) by following these steps: How to remove E-return intermediary (ERI)?
