Income Tax Donation under 80G

Dear All,
Could anyone please guide me to escalate the organization who is not at all replying to my mails/calls after getting my donation? I need 80G receipt from them as their donation comes under 80G

So I kindly request to explain me how to escalate them?

I hope you made the donation by account payee cheque or internet banking. suggest you visit their website and contact a responsible person on phone. It is possible that their 80G approval is not available/ applied for and approval is awaited.
