Income tax Form 26AS TDS is not reflecting, though employer has deducted the tax

My employer has deducted tax from my salary but it was not reflected in my TDS. But employer is not rectifying the mistake. What shall i do? i have received some notices from IT dept also. in the IT website login, i can see outstading demand , mismatch etc. when i called customer care in IT dept, they said only employer can solve the problem. but here no one is responding. it was AY2016-17 and 17-18. After 2018, the problem was rectified but what about old ones?

In such a case, the solution can only be provided from the employer’s end.
