JSON Error: ITD portal getting an error in schedule VI A u/s 80qqb+80rrb

I have foiled ITR 3 due to F&O income

Error:
In Schedule VIA, deduction u/s 80QQB plus 80RRB cannot be more than the sum of schedule OD (SI no.1e) plus Sch Profit and Loss (SI no. 15)

Whereas in Quicko portal i didnt find the section 80qqb or 80rrb and i dont have any income under it.

Can you please help me in understanding and resolving this error.

If you are experiencing a JSON error, it appears to be an issue on the part of the Income Tax Department. This error has been reported by several taxpayers who have similar income situations.

We recommend that you raise a grievance with the ITD to expedite the resolution process. Or else, you may consider waiting for some time and then retrying filing your return.

I am also facing similar error. Don’t have any income under 80QQB and 80rrb. Pls share if any solution is found or any revert from IT dept.

The error is & reason is mentioned in ITR3 guide. See attached

Now, I was able to file ITR directly from Quicko without any change and it was quick.
