JSON File error while uploading

I don’t see any option to download json file from quicko, I downloaded one through AIS option in quicko Tax Documents → AIS but it is giving an error while uploading on ITR site.

I am also not able to upload or pull my PnL statement from zerodha to quicko. It shows 0 everywhere, and while uploading the statement directly it says upload failed

You’ll be able to download the JSON file on the last step once your proceed to e-file. Moreover, for the Zerodha import, here is a way through which you can resolve this issue,

  1. Uninstall the Broker App:
  • Go to My Profile > My Apps.
  • Select your desired broker.
  • Click on Uninstall to remove the broker integration.
  1. Reconnect the Broker:
  • Select your broker account.
  • Click on Connect.
  1. Allow Sync Time: After logging in, please give the product 5-10 minutes to complete the sync with your broker. You can also press Ctrl + Shift + R to execute a hard refresh of the page and view the updated details.
