With the new Labour Codes becoming effective from July 1, 2022, are there any changes in LIN requirements? Would organizations having multiple locations require LIN for each location, or a single LIN will be sufficient?
Organizations with multiple physical locations or branches require a separate Labour Identification Number (LIN) for each inspectable location on the Shram Suvidha Portal. However, all branch LINs can be linked under a single parent entity profile during the online registration process.
