I used to login the efiling portal of income tax through net banking till recent past. Now my Bank ( BOI) launched new IB platform which does not have the option, When I go to login on portal directly, it asks me to select the Bank for net banking. I contacted helpdesk at Banglore, they say to lodge grievance on portal and portal can not be reached directly. Please guide.

Click Login on the official portal.
Click Continue after entering PAN as the user ID.
Confirm the secure access message by entering the chosen password.
If your bank supports netbanking, log in there

You can try to directly login using your PAN or Aadhar number on the e-filing portal.
In case you do not remember the password then you can also click on forget password and reset the same.

My issue was little bit different, In fact the portal was insisting all the way to come through my net banking only. Now I got the option in my net banking and am able to login to the portal for all the work like return filing, AIS and 26AS.
