I used to login the efiling portal of income tax through net banking till recent past. Now my Bank ( BOI) launched new IB platform which does not have the option, When I go to login on portal directly, it asks me to select the Bank for net banking. I contacted helpdesk at Banglore, they say to lodge grievance on portal and portal can not be reached directly. Please guide.
Dear Sir, We suggest you to use Aadhaar OTP or Other Login Options its very easy to login to file your return.
