My minor daughter is becoming major in middle of this financial year, till last financial year I used to club her income with mine, do i have to file her income tax return separately this year or next year.

Once your daughter becomes a major, her income will no longer be clubbed with your income from that date onward.
So, for the current financial year, income earned till the date she becomes major will be clubbed with your income, and income earned after that will be taxable in her own hands. Accordingly, she may need to file her own ITR for this year itself, depending on her total income.
