This seems to be unusual. In case where you select a wrong jurisdiction, the application shall stand cancelled on the face itself instead of an officer coming for inspection.

We recommend you to meet the jurisdiction officer to know the reason in detail and make a fresh application selecting the correct jurisdiction as per the principal place of business.
