We recently registered Pvt Ltd Company, while incorporation EPF & ESI Got Registered, So we need to enable PF and ESI for all employees or we can take an exemption upto 20 employees, no need to pay.

It is mandatory to register for EPF and ESI once your organization crosses count of 20 employees.
However, you can enroll for Voluntary PF for the employees if company wishes to.
