Query. i am a working professional, but i am investing index UTI funds on my wife PAN, need to respond on feedback form IT

I am a working professional, but i am investing index UTI funds on my wife name.
My wife has salary below 1L as teacher.
When i am done with filing for my wife with out declaring the index funds, i got an email stating my declaration is not matching with AIS.

How and what to submit feedback?
can i submit the index funds Option as: ‘Your feedback information relates to other PAN’ and provide my PAN??

I have not redeemed or not taken any profit in the FY.

Please help let me know..

  1. Do not attribute the wife’s mutual fund AIS entry to the husband’s PAN, as the investment folio is registered under her PAN.
  2. Since the folio belongs to the wife, the data in her AIS is technically correct in terms of ownership records. Because there were no redemptions or profits booked during the financial year, no capital gains tax is due, and the entry does not require any tax payment for this filing cycle.
