How to file resubmission for RUN-LLP?

In order to file RUN-LLP, the user shall login in to MCA, click on RUN-LLP in the MC Services Category and select “resubmission”. Upon entering the SRN of original application and entering required details, the resubmission form will be filed

Can already approved name through Spice+ also be changed using RUN resubmission from SRN?

Hi @Shivangi_Jaiswal,

Yes, as part of the registration process, an LLP can file RUN (Reserve Unique Name) on MCA, to Reserve the name of the New LLP, as well as to Change the name of any Existing LLP.
