I have some questions about whether I’m entering the unlisted shares correctly in the ITR utility. Like let’s say I bought 2 shares - abc and xyz.
- Do I need to enter the total closing balance in each field? for e.g, if I have bought 10 shares of abc twice on different days, what should I enter in the closing balance like 10 in each field or combine them and enter 20 in a both the fields?
- And what about shares transferred during the year? Do I need to enter the total number of shares transferred during the year in each field or what?
