Restricted Refund in IT Return

I am 19+ years old and I have submitted my ITR the first time. There was a TDS deduction, hence I claimed back for it.
Now, I could not receive my refund from IT Dept due to “Restricted Refund” in my bank account.
Please note that I have only one bank account, which is linked to PAN card. PAN card Name and Bank account name are exactly same.
Still, I could not understand how my linked Bank account says “Restricted Refund” and how to remove it. Please advise.
