ROC Website Filings

Hello,

We’re raising funding of 40 lakhs and need to do our appropriate filings for that— increasing authorised share capital, filing PAS 13, allotment of shares etc.

The ROC website is down for the next 10 to 15 days. Can we still raise the funds and start using them and do the filings after the ROC website is back up?
