I had received majesco dividend on Dec 2020, I have mentioned that as net dividend tax in that year FY20-21 filing since i got 7.5% dividend deducted at source. I got notice of AIS that information Feedback provided by taxpayer is incorrect. Do I need to mention that gross dividend now ?. what is the resolution process

I have received 24350 Rs as gross dividend from majesco, but 7.5% tax deducted and only remaining amount 22523 credited into my account, i have reported same in the filing, but now got some notice from Insight Support of Income Tax Department, say information/feedback provided by tax payer is incorrect. Do I need to the modify the feedback now, saying that earlier provided information is incorrect and accept the gross dividend received instead of net dividend

I believe you must have provided some feedback earlier in AIS on this Dividend Information. You can modify the feedback as per the correct information in AIS.
