I treat my share trading income (F&O and Equity) as business income by filing ITR 3. Please tell me as to how should I treat the Buyback Profit from shares as Capital Gains or Business Income

If you are consistently treating your share trading activity (including F&O and equity trading) as business income in ITR-3, then the profit from buyback of shares should also be reported as business income.
