I am trying to download Form 132 (TDS certificate on rent) from the TRACES portal on a MacBook, but I am completely blocked by a technical loop.
Here is what is happening:

My underlying tax filing was completed over a month ago and is fully Processed.

When I navigate to the download section and try to fetch the certificate, the portal screen freezes on a “Please Wait” loading loop.

It spins indefinitely for several minutes until the portal throws a “Session Timed Out” error and kicks me out. This has been happening consistently for days.
What I have already tried:

Clearing all browser cache, cookies, and history.

Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and using Incognito/Private mode.

Ensuring the local Web Signer utility is running in the background.
Since this is happening on a Mac, has anyone else hit this specific “Please Wait” block recently? Is this a known server-side glitch with the current portal transition, or is there a specific browser setting/localhost bypass I need to configure to let the download pop up?
