Can someone help with following queries regarding swiggy or Zomato delivery agent?

Which ITR type they should opt?
Can these agent avail 44ADA presumptive Income taxation?

Delivery partners should select ITR-4 and opt for the presumptive taxation scheme under Section 44AD (not 44ADA), declaring at least 6% of their gross earnings as taxable income.
