I do swing trading. Holding period is typically 1-4 weeks. Around 10 trades per month. Profit earned usually is only 5-7 % of my monthly salary. Turnover is less than 10 lakh. I want to show gains as STCG.
Is it ok to show profits as STCG instead of business income. Will there be any questions asked. Please guide.
