TDS reimbursement claim denied by Deductee

I have filed TDS and provided TDS certificate to Deductee (an ecommerce operator) to claim TDS reimbursement. The company has rejected the claim by saying you should have provided it 2 weeks earlier (as per their last date). Claim was for FY21-22.

What process should be followed to get the reimbursement.
