I have written an email to transfer my jurisdiction from Mumbai to Bangalore and there is no response on it even after a month. What is the best way to approach this?

You can update your residential address in your PAN database through the NSDL website which will automatically update your jurisdiction or directly contact your local assessing officer to get this sorted.
