I’m not able to download Form 16C from Traces portal. I’m getting error, “No data available for specified search criteria”. Please help!

You may need to wait a bit. Form 16C becomes available only after the TDS return is processed, which usually takes 2–3 working days.
Please try downloading it again after some time, it should be available then.

You can try downloading it through the old TRACES portal under “Compliance under Income-tax Act, 1961.” In many cases, Form 16C becomes available only after the statement is fully processed, so waiting a couple of days and trying again may help. Also, using Chrome on a laptop seems to work better for some users.
