Thanks for your reply. They replied along with the instructions. But when try to submit the form, it says “Filing for ITR-3 will be enabled shortly”. How long it will take to enable filing in Quicko?

E-filing for both ITR-2 and ITR-3 will be enabled by next week. You can still start adding the details and prepare your ITR.

I am waiting eagerly for this option.

This is not helpful at all from Quicko. We paid for the membership so that our ITR filing is streamlined, quick and easy but its been a month now we have been waiting for you guys to get the stuff up and working. Are we going to get any extension for membership we have paid for?

I’ve switched to ClearTax. Here it is getting too much delayed.

HI @Surbhi_Pal : As you keep delaying, my ELITE subscription is about to expire, and I will move to basic plan. How would you compensate for that, would you extend my ELITE plan as the delay is from your side?

Hi @Shranik_Jain,

The feature is live. You can click on the ‘Do it Myself’ option and proceed. Once you navigate to incomes > salary, you’ll be able to upload your Form 16 and fetch the salary details.

When will ITR-2 and ITR3 be available for customer?
Is there any specific reason for this delay because you are losing customers?
It doesn’t appear fruitful business modal for you.

I have been waiting for the same for last 7 days. They are not responsive, all other websites are updated and quicko.com is still in testing and skipping its 24th Jul deadline for ITR-2.
