Where should I pay TDS for NRI Property

I am not able to find the form 144 for paying the TDS. I went to income tax portal → pay e-tax → Then selected using TAN → Then gave deductee details like NRI and non corporate → Later section related to sale of property is not showing.

is this an issue in the new UI ?

For paying TDS on purchase of property from NRI you need to go to epay tax > Income Tax act, 2025 > New payment > pay TDS option > select applicable head and residential status of deductees and pay the tax.

After paying the tax you need to separately file form 144 on the Income tax portal which has yet not been released by the department.
