When should we download 26AS and AIS so it has all the correct info? In short what is the deadline for govt, until when it’ll upload all info to these forms?

Hey @Chb,

The data in these forms is updated based on the information provided by reporting entities. For example, banks are liable to deduct TDS on interest and this TDS will reflect in your Form 26AS once they file their TDS returns. The due date to file TDS returns for Q4(Jan-Mar) is 31st May 2024. Hence, you can expect such information to reflect in your form 26AS by the 1st week of June.

So I can expect 26as to have all info by June atleast second week, and it won’t change after that?
